Your right to control your data

At WHOLE, we believe that your personal information belongs to you. This policy explains how we handle the deletion of your data and what you can expect when you request account removal.

How to request deletion

The simplest way to delete your account and associated personal information is through our dedicated account deletion page.

What we delete

When you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymise:

  • Your profile information and preferences.
  • Health intentions, journey progress and reflections.
  • Lifestyle and nutrition inputs.
  • Chat history with Eira.
  • Usage analytics tied to your identity.

What we may retain

In limited circumstances, certain information may be retained where required by:

  • Applicable laws and regulatory obligations;
  • Tax and accounting record-keeping requirements;
  • Fraud prevention and security investigations;
  • Legal claims, disputes or enforceable agreements;
  • Financial transaction records as required by payment providers.

Any retained information is kept strictly for the minimum period required by law and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How long deletion takes

We aim to begin processing verified deletion requests within 72 hours. Most requests are completed within 30 days, although legally required retention may extend this period for specific data categories.

Subscriptions and refunds

Deleting your account will cancel any active WHOLE+ subscription in accordance with our Subscription Agreement. Previous payments are not automatically refunded; please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
